With about 60% of Pennsylvania reporting, Hillary is up about 7.4%. However, that’s with 97% of Obama-lovin’ Philly already reporting.
About 40% of the primary electorate lives in Philadelphia or its suburbs. Obama killed her 2-1 in Philly, as expected. The good news is that Hillary is holding her own pretty well in the suburban belt around the city. Meanwhile, Hillary is up in PittsburgH (thanks pentamom!) by 10% and getting creamed in Harrisburg.
7.4% at this stage leaves open the possibility of a 10%+ win, I should think. And the way the expectations game played out, she needs it.
More beneath the fold!

The initial press reporting looks good for Hillary. Lots of headlines reading, “Hillary Lives to Fight Another Day,” “Bitter Day for Obama” or something similar. Exit polls also showed Dems favoring a continuation of the race. With primary voters AND the media giving Hillary the go-ahead, this is a happy day for her. And me.
The second round of analysis will center on how MUCH momentum this win gives her, once the final tallies are in.

The liquid-metal terminator is closing in on 10%. Woot. 17% of precincts to go.

Hillary is up by 10% with 94% of the vote in. No big surprises tonight — Obama had capped out at 45% in recent polls and Hillary’s internal numbers had put her up by 11%.
Tonight’s winner: John McCain!

Looks like we’re getting closer to my prediction! 56-44!

Hee! We’ll have to see. . . Only 25% of the precincts remain. I think we may end up between our predictions.
Good to see you, btw!
