The Volokh Conspiracy - “Moral Consideration of Plants”:
I swear, this has absolutely nothing to do with the latter state of Christendom. Really.

No one is having any issues here. It’s business as usual, for the majority who conclude that “something bad” is “morally impermissible” if […]
Good News Film Reviews: I like my odds Discerning Christian Movie Reviews
Now, Mr. Nehring over at Good News Film Reviews was just innocently reporting his zombie survival scores, of course. He just included this old documentary footage in case we needed to understand what zombies were. (right?)
….right.
These icons link to social […]
There’s an old stereotype that rural people are small-minded and think every way of life other than their own is stupid or immoral. These days, thanks to mass media, that just isn’t so. No matter how backwater your town, you’re exposed to “progressive” ideas and alternative lifestyles. Ironically, it’s people living in […]
In my experience, you can tell a liberal from a conservative with about 95% accuracy by a single question: “Are you more freaked out by your children seeing sex on TV or violence on TV?” (Although if the person is a liberal, you’ll probably need to substitute “Yorkiepoo” for “children”.)

2. If it was just about the money, Hollywood would make more G- and PG-rated films and less R-rated ones.
3. If it was just about the money, the massive success and profitability of Passion of the Christ would have spawned a host of religion-themed movies.
4. But most of all, if it was just about the money, this flood of anti-war stinkbombs would have been killed two years ago.
